At Miss April’s Music, our classes are designed to be:

While classes are fun, students are also developing important skills like music reading, technique, rhythm, theory, and musical expression.

Our goal is for every student to think, “I can do this!” and leave every class excited to come back next week.

Piano Lab Classes

Ages: 7 and up

Class Size: Small groups of up to 4 students

Duration: 55 minutes (once a week)

Cost: $119/mo

A fun and supportive group piano experience for students ages 7 and up.

Piano Lab is our unique small group piano program where students learn together while still receiving individualized instruction. Each class includes a combination of piano playing, music theory, rhythm activities, games, and creative challenges.

Students learn at their own pace while building important skills such as:

• Reading music

• Playing with both hands

• Understanding music theory

• Developing practice habits

• Performing with confidence

• Creating and exploring music

Our small class sizes allow students to learn from their teacher and encourage one another as they grow. Students build friendships, celebrate successes together, and develop the confidence to share their music with others.

I’m Ready to Learn Piano!

Family Music Classes

Ages: Birth to 4 years old

Who attends: Child and caregiver

Duration: 30 Minutes (once a week)

Cost: Varies by session length

Music and movement classes for ages 0 to 4 with a caregiver.

Young children are naturally musical! Family Music classes are designed to help little ones explore music through singing, dancing, movement, and developmentally appropriate activities in a fun and welcoming environment.

Each class includes:

• Singing and instrument play

• Movement and rhythm activities

• Scarves and props

• Listening activities

• Opportunities for children and caregivers to connect through music.

These classes help build early music skills while encouraging confidence, creativity, coordination, and a love for music from the very beginning.
